RideRadar helps motorcycle buyers monitor public listings on autoplius.lt and get notified about new listings that match a search profile they configure themselves. This policy explains what data we process, why, and for how long.

1. Data we collect and why

Account & authentication	A random account identifier and an authentication token generated when you install the extension or start the bot. If you pair the extension with Telegram, your Telegram chat ID.	To link your search profile, settings, and results to you and to keep API calls authenticated.
Search profile	The autoplius.lt search URL you save, your buyer preferences (make, model, budget, free-text criteria), interface language.	This is the core function: checking the marketplace for listings that match your criteria.
Listing data	Public listing metadata from autoplius.lt (listing ID, title, price, specs, photo URLs) for listings that appear in your saved search.	To detect new listings, score them against your profile, and show you your match history.
Product analytics	Anonymous usage events (e.g. "extension paired", "match delivered", "feature button tapped") tied to the account identifier. Events never include listing page content, seller data, your API keys, or message text.	To understand which features are used and improve the product. Processed via PostHog (see §4).
Error reports	Sanitised error messages from the extension. Tokens, keys, and personal data are stripped before storage; only allow-listed fields are accepted.	To find and fix bugs.

2. Data we do not collect

• No seller personal data. We never extract or store seller names or phone numbers, and we never touch the CAPTCHA-protected contact form on autoplius.lt.
• No browsing history. The extension only fetches the autoplius.lt search pages you explicitly configured. It does not read, track, or modify any other website you visit.
• No payment data. The service is free; we collect no payment information.
• Your own AI keys stay on your device. If you configure a bring-your-own AI provider (Anthropic or Ollama), the key is stored in your browser's extension storage only and requests go directly from your browser to that provider. Your keys are never sent to our servers.

3. Chrome extension permissions

Host access: autoplius.lt	Fetching the search-result pages you saved.
Host access: api.rideradar.eu	Syncing your profile, deduplicating seen listings, and delivering matches to Telegram if paired.
Optional host access: api.anthropic.com, ollama.com, localhost	Requested only if you enable bring-your-own AI scoring, and only after you explicitly approve the prompt.

4. Sharing and processors

• We never sell your data and never share it for advertising or creditworthiness purposes.
• PostHog processes anonymous product-analytics events on our behalf. The extension never talks to PostHog directly — events are relayed through our server, which holds the API key and strips anything not on a fixed allow-list.
• AI providers. When our hosted AI scores a listing, the listing text (never your personal data) is sent to the configured AI provider. With bring-your-own keys, your browser talks to your chosen provider directly.
• Hosting. Our server and database run on infrastructure we control in the EU.

5. Retention

• Raw listing details are cached for up to 72 hours; AI analysis results for up to 5 days; your last 200 analysed listings are kept for the /ai digest history.
• Watchlist items are kept until you remove them.
• API request logs and extension error reports are purged automatically on a short, fixed schedule.
• Your account, token, and search profile are kept while you use the service and deleted on request.

6. Your choices

• Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data, including any bring-your-own AI keys.
• You can unpair the extension from Telegram at any time in the extension options.
• To delete your server-side account data, message the bot's support contact below — we will remove your profile, history, and identifiers.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the bot.
